Spring is in Bloom here!

I just wanted to show you all real quick some of the flowers and shrubs that are in full bloom here in my yard. This one is a shrub of some sort (I think flowering almond) and there are 3 of these right outside my windows in my TV/living room. They are completely covered top to bottom in the heavenly pink blooms...some have yet to open but it will be quite the site in a day or two. I just wish they had a lovely scent.....but we have several flowering plum trees out back that are perfuming the air with the most delighful scent.

Next up are my daffodils that are in full bloom. I had to get a shot of the curious yellow one.....my 6 year old calls it the Blacksheep of the bunch which of course just cracks me up!! My tulips are just about to open also....looking forward to that as I really enjoy them.

My son and I have been chasing these little greenish/white butterflies that have been visiting my gardens today-he has caught several which makes him squeal with delight!
Not too worry- they are immediately released.

Hope the sun is shining on you today and that flowers are blooming in your world as well!
